Hi I am Carly, I am a registered counsellor with a professional background in nursing and allied health. I bring with me a passion for supporting people from all walks of life and wealth of experience from working with a diverse range of clients over the years.

I am dedicated to providing support for all people, including adolescents and older adults to navigate life transitions and find new ways to manage life’s challenges.

I specialise in working with neurodivergent clients, families, and carers of all ages. I take pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and client-guided space where everyone feels seen, heard and understood.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various modalities, including Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
This allows me to tailor sessions to the individual needs of each client, ensuring they receive the most supportive and effective care possible.

Known for my genuine, warm, and friendly demeanour, I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with all my clients.

Outside of my professional life, I love spending quality time with my three neurodivergent children, exploring the beach, enjoying nature walks, and playing basketball. I am also a creative at heart, finding joy in listening to and playing music, engaging in art, and I’m always up for a good laugh and chat!
